
Colder weather is a comin' - aka soup season. This delicious, bright and nutritious vegetarian (can be made vegan) soup is a perfect addition to your fall and winter meal plan!
Tip: Add 1 cup chickpeas or white navy beans before you blend for added protein and fibre!
