I am a type 2 diabetic who needs to lose weight to improve my insulin sensitivity. Felicia set me up on a program, and for the first time I was able to get my eating under control. I don't have to buy expensive diet meal plans, I don't have to cook meals ahead of time, and I can eat whatever I want (within reason) so long as I meet my calorie target for the day.
